The graduated compression in these sleeves applies pressure from the ankle upward — tightest at the bottom, progressively releasing toward the knee. That pressure gradient drives blood back up the leg faster than your body does it alone. Less pooling. Less lactic acid build-up. The dual-zone knit construction does something most budget sleeves don't. The shin panel applies a distinct compression density specifically to the tibialis — the muscle that takes impact stress and causes shin splints when it's overloaded. The calf panel applies circulatory compression to the gastrocnemius. Two different structures. Two different problems. One sleeve addressing both simultaneously.

I used these in a 5k race had my phone and car key. I'm looking forward to using them in my next half-marathon. I've trained long runs with these holding phone and 6 gels they are fantastic very minimal bounce. I highly recommend them. 👌

Lettering started to come off after the first wash. Not that I really care, but you might like to know.
It is a good running shorts. Soft and breathable. Quality is good. Built-in belt is helpful though not so snug so i have to tighten it. Size runs small so I sized up. I am 5'4" 62Kg. I usually wear Medium with 32" waist but I sized up to Large as advised. Thank you

Absolutely love these. Perfect for easy runs and long runs alike - I forget that my phone's in the thigh pocket and the back pocket can fit all the gels you'll need! Complete game changer for my training! Would recommend going down a size as they come up a bit big - not massive but I'd have preferred a bit more snug.

I wore my new 2 in 1 running shorts during my first 100 mile event at the Northburn 100 in New Zealand last weekend. The shorts were very comfortable and stayed the distance for the 40 hours it took to complete. I really like the side pockets for easy access of a kerchief and for stowing wrappers and rubbish on the run. The phone pocket in the liner was convenient but I found the stretchy fabric was very ‘grippy’ when trying to stow the phone after taking a photo. It was just a bit of a fiddle to have to stop and muck about to put my phone away. Otherwise the shorts are great value.
