Bought the shorts in a xl for a larger frame and they fit great. Ran the 2026 Falmouth Road race and I loved them! Held my gel in place for the whole race!
45% off sitewide. Everything you need for the run-up to race day, from your first 5K to your next marathon.
Most runners own at least three pieces of gear they didn't need to buy.
An armband that chafes by mile 4. A running belt that shifts and bounces the whole way. A separate compression short they have to layer underneath before every run.
The RUNNR 2-in-1 replaces all of it. One garment. One motion to put on. Nothing bouncing, nothing strapping, nothing rubbing.
Here's how it works.
The built-in compression liner sits against your skin and eliminates inner-thigh chafing — not by fighting friction, but by removing it entirely. Fabric on fabric, not skin on fabric. You stop noticing it by mile 2. Which is exactly the point.
Your phone goes into the thigh-level pocket inside the liner. Flat against your leg. Locked in. It doesn't bounce, shift, or give your brain any reason to wonder if it's still there. Just run.
Keys and gels go in the zippered rear pocket. The run starts. The rest disappears.

One Short. Every Problem Solved.
This isn't another running short.
It's the first one built around what runners actually need — not what looks good in a product photo.
Every other short on the market makes you solve the phone problem separately. The chafing problem separately. The storage problem separately.
The RUNNR 2-in-1 solves all three before you even leave the front door. One garment. One motion. Everything included.

Love the shorts! Extremely comfortable, great to use at the gym and get around in. The pockets and lining are great features. Highly recommend.
Lettering started to come off after the first wash. Not that I really care, but you might like to know.
Sitzen ganz gut. Vielleicht etwas zu elastische Handtasche. Ansonsten: Sehr angenehmes Material und schnell trocknend.
Perfect fit and comfortable, even when I was sweating profusely.
Very happy
I bought them for my husband he does lot of running 🏃♂️ he said they are really good and comfortable too.
Absolutely love these. Perfect for easy runs and long runs alike - I forget that my phone's in the thigh pocket and the back pocket can fit all the gels you'll need! Complete game changer for my training! Would recommend going down a size as they come up a bit big - not massive but I'd have preferred a bit more snug.
Very comfy.
I wore my new 2 in 1 running shorts during my first 100 mile event at the Northburn 100 in New Zealand last weekend. The shorts were very comfortable and stayed the distance for the 40 hours it took to complete. I really like the side pockets for easy access of a kerchief and for stowing wrappers and rubbish on the run. The phone pocket in the liner was convenient but I found the stretchy fabric was very ‘grippy’ when trying to stow the phone after taking a photo. It was just a bit of a fiddle to have to stop and muck about to put my phone away. Otherwise the shorts are great value.
Wearing these shorts did wonders for my performance. Very comfortable and easy to compete in.
Worn on the Plymouth half marathon and a Dartmoor 10k.
Great shorts! Perfect for all distances, I've done four marathons and two half marathons wearing them - Zero Chafe, super comfortable and plenty of storage. Highly recommend!
Great shorts very comfortable will be buying more.
un pantaloncino davvero comodo per il running e super bello dal punto di vista estetico.
Love them, lots of pockets, great fit, lovely to run in 🥰
Amazing fit, feel, and comfort for all my runs.
Hartford Marathon. Shorts were great, huge upgrade.
Ran my 1st half marathon ever shorts were so comfy room for gels etc will definitely buy more
Came 3rd in the London Wembley 10K wearing my new Runnr shorts! 10/10 from me!
Wore these shorts for my first half marathon race and they are Great shorts Only issue I had was the wait for delivery
Used them for my first fitness race and in love with them right off the bat
Comfy, lightweight so did the job for my ultra race. Well made and look cool.
Love the shorts. My phone stays secure, my car key is safe in the back pocket, and I can enjoy the run without worrying about being uncomfortable or losing my phone or key. I am involved in my local parkrun and the shorts are my must have for every run. Long or short runs, the outcome is the same. Comfortable and no issues. I now have a pair for every day of the week.
Very comfortable and nice to wear.
Used them in a fitness race and absolute love them, I’m glad I took the chance and got three pairs. I wear them for all my training now so I’m ready to go for next years races
Fit is really good, very comfortable and proved themselves during the vitality 10k in London last week.
Totally love the feel of both the Performance T-Shirt, and the 2 in 1 running shorts.
I love the shorts! Very comfortable, enough storage, and everything stays safe in place.
Shorts have a defective phone pocket. Runnr have a 7 day refund policy. Refusing to replace even though these shorts were defective after 1st use. Runnr need to be a bit more reasonable with their customer service. Will unfortunately make me think twice before I purchase from them again. 😢
Great overall.
nice fit (runs big)…works well!
No problems with these at all!
Great shorts
Good quality shorts. But my phone has fallen out multiple times while running.
Just ran 115miles down the Fife Coastal Path, Scotland. The weather was crazy with the gale force headwinds and freezing rain after halfway. Wore Runnr 2in1 shorts all the way and even in a downpour they performed brilliantly. Zero chafing and functioned well when completely wet.
Among the best running shorts I have worn. Back pocket for phone a great feature. I must carry my phone to transmit medical data, and most shorts require me to carry awkwardly in a front pocket.
My experience with the shorts you sent me has been incredible! They are super comfortable. I didn't need to carry a waist pack or a running vest for my stuff because I could fit everything right in the shorts, and nothing felt heavy or bounced around. Honestly, my whole experience has been amazing!
Super comfy and really stand out. Love the fact is has a pocket in the liner
Rear zipper broke after two wears. Can you please send a replacement pair. Thank you.
