At RUNNR, we stand by the quality of our gear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then request a return under our standard return policy.
Refunds are available for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges required to return the goods to our overseas warehouse.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
If you prefer an exchange (for a different size or item of equal value), please let us know when contacting support. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your replacement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
