Description
RUNNR 2-in-1 Running Shorts
Most runners own at least three pieces of gear they didn't need to buy.
An armband that chafes by mile 4. A running belt that shifts and bounces the whole way. A separate compression short they have to layer underneath before every run.
The RUNNR 2-in-1 replaces all of it. One garment. One motion to put on. Nothing bouncing, nothing strapping, nothing rubbing.
Here's how it works.
The built-in compression liner sits against your skin and eliminates inner-thigh chafing — not by fighting friction, but by removing it entirely. Fabric on fabric, not skin on fabric. You stop noticing it by mile 2. Which is exactly the point.
Your phone goes into the thigh-level pocket inside the liner. Flat against your leg. Locked in. It doesn't bounce, shift, or give your brain any reason to wonder if it's still there. Just run.
Keys and gels go in the zippered rear pocket. The run starts. The rest disappears.
The gear you're replacing:
Running belt ✓ Built in
Compression shorts ✓ Built in
Phone armband ✓ Built in
What's in it:
Laser perforation ventilation — precision-cut holes through the outer shell for direct airflow and heat escape during hard efforts
Bound edge side slits — finished hem splits for full running stride freedom, won't fray or roll
Rear back pocket — phone-accessible from the back, keeps the front profile clean and aerodynamic
Inner lining layer — built-in coverage and support, no separate layer needed underneath
Elastic waistband with drawstring — dual-mechanism fit locks in place from start to finish
Available in Lime Green, Black, Electric Orange

One Short. Every Problem Solved.
This isn't another running short.
It's the first one built around what runners actually need — not what looks good in a product photo.
Every other short on the market makes you solve the phone problem separately. The chafing problem separately. The storage problem separately.
The RUNNR 2-in-1 solves all three before you even leave the front door. One garment. One motion. Everything included.
12,000+ runners have already stopped buying the extras.
✓ The only running short with a thigh-level liner phone pocket ✓ Built-in compression means no chafing — even on race day ✓ Rear zip pocket for gels, keys, and cards — no belt required

Say the phone pocket doesn't move during their run
Absolutely love these. Perfect for easy runs and long runs alike - I forget that my phone's in the thigh pocket and the back pocket can fit all the gels you'll need! Complete game changer for my training! Would recommend going down a size as they come up a bit big - not massive but I'd have preferred a bit more snug.
I wore my new 2 in 1 running shorts during my first 100 mile event at the Northburn 100 in New Zealand last weekend. The shorts were very comfortable and stayed the distance for the 40 hours it took to complete.
I really like the side pockets for easy access of a kerchief and for stowing wrappers and rubbish on the run.
The phone pocket in the liner was convenient but I found the stretchy fabric was very ‘grippy’ when trying to stow the phone after taking a photo. It was just a bit of a fiddle to have to stop and muck about to put my phone away.
Otherwise the shorts are great value.
Great shorts! Perfect for all distances, I've done four marathons and two half marathons wearing them - Zero Chafe, super comfortable and plenty of storage. Highly recommend!
Just ran 115miles down the Fife Coastal Path, Scotland. The weather was crazy with the gale force headwinds and freezing rain after halfway. Wore Runnr 2in1 shorts all the way and even in a downpour they performed brilliantly. Zero chafing and functioned well when completely wet.
Among the best running shorts I have worn. Back pocket for phone a great feature. I must carry my phone to transmit medical data, and most shorts require me to carry awkwardly in a front pocket.
LOVE THESE SHORTS!
Used to hate running and having my shorts riding up.
Can do a full run in these and not even notice them once!
Super comfy, super breathable!
These are the only shorts I will wear running now I LOVE THEM!
So worth the money!
When I received your shorts, the stitching was loose and the pocket had a hole in it. The fitting was alright but the quality and finishing is very poor. Wouldn’t buy it again.
The concept of these shorts is genuinely excellent, and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the manufacturing quality is shockingly poor.
On one pair, the zipper jammed and broke on the very first day. On another, the stitching began to unravel after just one run, leaving holes and open seams in the inner shorts.
I have photos and could send or post them, but honestly, I cannot be bothered. I am not asking for a replacement. For me, the matter is closed.
I regret buying a product shipped from the other side of the world without being able to inspect its fabric, stitching, and durability first. Considering the environmental footprint involved, receiving something that becomes unusable almost immediately feels particularly irresponsible. I accept that this purchasing decision is on me, but I will not make it again.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the concept is so good, yet the execution is so poor. Using stronger thread and properly finishing the seams would probably add very little to the manufacturing cost. It is ridiculous to waste such a good idea—and all the resources involved—because of basic quality failures.
Overall good item for runners. I've had some seams at the bottom of the orange section come undone. It's a bit of a shame for shorts at this price. I'm not sure I'll buy another pair if the quality doesn't improve...
